About Alex Charles
Alex Charles is a Los Angeles based singer, saxophonist and music producer. His music is a blend of contemporary neo-soul and pop. Since moving to LA, Alex has been steadily making his mark in the industry. Alex’s single, “Do You Still Think of Me?” has over 100k streams on Spotify. In 2022, Alex released his epic music video and short film, “Dangerous Man” which was a selection in the Los Angeles Shorts International Film Festival.
A veteran performer, Alex has performed hundreds of shows in the L.A. area and around the world including well-known stages such as the Viper Room, Troubadour, and the Pasadena Civic Center (America’s Got Talent.)
As a music producer, Alex’s music has been used in over 35 TV shows from the Bachelor to TMZ. He has produced original music for companies like Warner Bros and Nickelodeon as well as for major brands like Target, Credit Karma, and Nestlé. From 2018 to its recent final season, Alex was the go-to songwriter for The Ellen Show having sung and produced most season promos as well as musical guest spots including for Josh Gad and Tiffany Haddish.
As a saxophonist, Alex has performed or recorded with well-known artists such as Camila Cabello, Eric Bellinger, T-Pain, and D.R.A.M.
